As part of P.E.T.N.S Friendship Month, the Student Council have decided to celebrate friendship and bravery by selling friendship bracelets. During the month of February, the Student Council will make visits to classrooms to sell the bracelets. The bracelets cost €2 and all money raised will go to Amnesty International to assist their work in fighting for justice and equality in the world. Here at PETNS, we love reading! As part of our preparations to celebrate World Book Week, children are invited to share a photo of themselves reading a book in the strangest place they can think of! Photos can be given directly to class teachers or emailed to [email protected].
We can't wait to see your creative photos! (Winners will be announced on 2nd March) |
